Driving West Motor School Was Founded by owners Darry & Angie Zarb Cousin In Quinns Rocks Perth Western Australia in Early 1997It all started as a small driving school of around 3 driving instructors servicing all of Perth’s northern suburbs.
Angie Zarb Cousin was the superstar administrator booking all the driving lessons while Darry managed the driving school and developed the driving instructors.

In late 2000 the driving school expanded to all of Perth’s southern suburbs and had a total of 15 driving instructors conducting driving lessons in every metropolitan suburb in Perth Western Australia.

Driving West Motor School had the best repitation being one of Perths quality driving schools with an excellent pass rate!

Unfortuantely in July 2008 Darry Zarb Cousin was killed by a speeding P-plate hoon driver and with a heavy heart the driving school had to be shut down.

After 5 years of grieving Darry’s death his eldest son Dirk Zarb Cousin Re-opened the Driving School in 2013 inspired to make a real difference on our roads here in Perth Western Australia. Driving West Motor School came alive once again!!!

In 2015 Darry’s daughter Rebekah Zarb Cousin joined the driving school as a driving instructor to really make a difference with road saftety and inspire students with their incredible story sharing it with the public.

In 2017 our driving school team grows to 5 driving instructors all working towards the same vision of helping our students receive the best quality of driving lessons in Perth Western Australia.
